Club Aquatique Windermere
Windermere Aquatic Club

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration Day will be held on 01 May 2010

at the Windermere Park Chalet (beside the basketball court)

from 9am to noon.

This year we will have activities, coffees, soft-drinks and a BBQ (weather permitting),

so please plan to bring the whole family!

As indicated below, we are doing away with membership ID cards in 2010 . This change requires a digital photo of each member of your family to be taken at Registration Day (or during the pre-season at the pool)!

The club is also introducing two new classes of shares (Single Adult and Double Adult). See the details in the table below.

The Registration process in 2010 is very similar, but not identical to the procedure employed in 2008 and 2009. In the table
The following comments pertain only to returning members of the club. New members are invited to click here to learn more about joining Windermere.
We will be replacing the membership cards with a permanent directory of all members which will be kept at the pool. In order to make this new system work efficiently, we will need to take a digital picture of every member which will be kept in the database.

Therefore we hope to see as many of you as possible at registration to allow us to take as many id pictures as possible. For the members who are unable to be present at registration day, we will make arrangements to take the pictures at the pool during the first few weeks of operation.

Weather permitting; we will have activities to keep outside including a few different games. We will also be serving some coffee, cold drinks and a BBQ with some delicious hot dogs!

Bring the gang!
