Info for Returning Members

The following comments pertain only to returning members of the club. New members are invited to click here to learn more about joining Windermere.

Our initiative to replace membership cards with a permanent digital directory of all members is ongoing. In order to make this new system work efficiently, we need to have a digital photo of every member which will be kept in the Club's database. If you have not already done so, please have your photos taken on Registration Day. Members who are unable to be present at Registration Day are asked to identify themselves to WAC staff during the pre-season so that photos can be taken at the pool.

New this year, members are only required to sign up for one volunteer activity. The 40$ waiver fee is still available to those who are unable to volunteer or prefer to pay the waiver. Volunteers are a huge part of the windermere pool community. Please be sure to sign up on registration day for the activity of your choice.

Family Membership Includes all family members residing at the same address. (proof of residency may be required). Also includes a babysitter who has access to pool area with children only. C$ 375

Associate Membership Members who have been with the club for two years or more may exchange a "regular" membership for an "Associate" membership if any such memberships are then available (the number of Associate Members is limited by the club's bylaws).
Associate membership provides access for a maximum of two persons living at the same address. Both persons must 14yrs old or older, and at least one person must at least 18yrs old. C$ 100

New: Single Adult Membership Single Adult Membership provides access for one person above 18 years old. C$ 175

VOLUNTEER
WAIVER
FEE All families are required to register for two volunteer activities. There are many activities to choose from, none are arduous and most are even fun! For those members whose schedules or preferences are such that they prefer not contribute their time to the club, a $40 "volunteer waiver fee" is assessed.

Membership status for the current season will not be updated until you have signed up for at least one task or paid the $40 fee. Members can choose tasks at Registration Day, or by contacting the Volunteer Coordinator by email. C$ 40

Please join us at from 9am to noon on Saturday May 7th, 2011 in the chalet at Windermere Park (next to the basketball courts).

Please submit the following items:

1. Payment (must be received by May 7th 2011 in order to qualify for the discounted price of $375, otherwise $425)

4. Membership information update. If you have had a change of address, updated an email address or have a new child to include in your membership profile, please complete the change of address form available by clicking here.

If you register by mail, you must have your digital picture taken at the pool during pre-Season.

Members may also drop these documents off at the Registrar's home (without using Canada Post); we ask however that you not 'ring the bell'. Please just deposit an envelope in the mail box..
