Selling
your share in the club
The
club buys and sells all membership shares. A member does not
have the right to sell a share directly to another potential
buyer.
Please
inform the registrar in writing of your intent to sell your
family share by e-mailing our membership coordinator, Nancy Llano. See her contact information on the "Contact Us" page.
If
a buyer is identified for your share when you choose to sell it,
you will receive a reimbursement of $190 within four weeks.
If,
however, a buyer is not immediately available, your family share
is placed on our "waiting to sell" list on a first come first
serve basis. A share reimbursement is paid only when a buyer has
been identified. While your share remains on our "waiting to
sell" list, membership is deemed to continue and your annual dues must
be paid on-time even if you are no longer resident in the area.
Please
note that any outstanding payments on your account will be
deducted from the value of your share reimbursement.
We much prefer that you contact our Registrar by email, but you may also send notification via regular mail to the following address. Please note that the club is under no circumstances responsible for lost or undelivered mail or email.
